Before we left town Wednesday, we went to the Alamo. It's right in downtown San Antonio and was definitely worth the trip. The building is a little underwhelming when you first see it, but once you go inside you realize how big it actually is. A distant, distant cousin of Gary's, Micajah Autry, fought and died at the Alamo, and it was neat to make that connection.

What a fun trip! And forgetting your clothes, what a great excuse to go shopping! When I was about as far along with MD as you are now, we went to Disney World with Drew. It was hard not to ride the rides with him.
